Three people were killed and two others injured as a train knocked down a private car at Tirerhat area in Sadar upazila of Jessore district on Thursday morning. One of the deceased was identified as Chayan Sarkar, son of Nittapod Sarkar of the area where the identities of two others could not ascertain yet.Officer-in charge of Sadar Police Station Elias Hossain said a speeding train from Khulna hit a private car at the area at 11am, leaving three people dead and two others injured.The injured were rushed to Jessore Medical College Hospital.
