Iconic rockstar James (real name Faruq Mahfuz Anam), one of Bangladesh's most beloved artists, on Wednesday received coronavirus vaccine.
His spokesperson Rubayet Thakur Robin confirmed the matter to Jago News.
"James Bhai has been maintaining communication with the hospital authorites about coming of the vaccine. Finally today he got it," Robin said.
James, the lead singer, songwriter and guitarist of the rock band Nagar Baul, was administered a dose of the vaccine at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University hospital around 1pm, he said.
