The Dhaka University authorities are taking preparation to reopen halls for only the honours' and masters' examinees in the first week of March.
The regular standing meeting of the provost committee of DU at the residence of Vice-Chancellor discussed this on Tuesday night, said the committee member and the university Proctor Prof Dr AKM Golam Rabbani.
The matter would subsequently be presented at Deans' Committee and academic meeting as recommendation for finalizing it, he added.
"Considering the overall preparation, and extensive change and improvement in Covid situation, we are working about the possibility of reopening halls in the first week for only the masters' and honours' examinees," Rabbani said.
