At least two people were killed and five others injured as a pickup van hits an auto rickshaw in front of the Hazi Asmot College of Bhairab municipality area on Kishoreganj-Bhairab road on Tuesday morning.The deceased are Nazma Begum, 22, of Raypura upazila hailed from Narsingdi and Md. Jamal Miah of Latifpur of Kishoreganj Sadar upazila.In this connection, officer-in-charge of Bhairab Highway Police Station Md. Mizanul Haque said, an auto rickshaw was going to Bhairab from Kishoreganj. At that time a speedy pickup van coming from opposition hits the auto rickshaw, leaving 8 people injured on the spot. Later injured people were admitted to hospital where the doctor declared two people dead, he added.
