The Supreme Court fixed Thursday for hearing on an appeal filed against the High Court order that rejected the writ petition against Dhaka University (DU) decision not to allow students to sit for second time admission test.A three-member bench of the Appellate Division (AD), headed by Justice Nazmun Ara Sultana, passed the deferment order asking the petitioners to file regular appeal by the day.Earlier on August 6, the apex court deferred the date of hearing as petitioners did not file regular appeal.
