A four-storey building in Chawkbazar area of capital Dhaka has been destroyed in a massive fire.
The fire broke out at 'Noakhali Bhaban' on KB Rudra Road around 2:45am on Friday.
Being informed, 15 units of the firefighters rushed to the spot and brought the blaze under control after around five hours' frantic efforts.
At least 25 to 30 plastic factories and stores of raw materials in the building were destroyed in the fire.
No casualties were reported in the fire incident, sources in fire service and civil defense said.
