Police in special drives from Thursday night till Friday noon arrested 50 people including two Jammat-Shibir activists from different upazilas of Narail district.Rakibul Islam, Superintendent of Police said members of law enforcers conducted separates drive in different upazilas of the district in part of special operation against militants from Thursday night till Friday 12 pm.During the drives police arrested 18 people including two Jammat-Shibir activists from Sadar upazila, 13 people from Lohagara, eight from Kalia, and 11 from Naraganti upazila.The drive conducted as a part of weeklong combing operation on militants across the country, he added.
