An activist of Jubo League hacked to death over trifling matters at Library Bazar area in Sadar Upazila of Pabna district on Wednesday night.Witnesses said Rajib, son of late Rowshan hailing from the area locked into an altercation with some locals over trifling matters at Library Bazar area around 9pm.After hearing about the incident Munna, elder brother of Rajib reached the spot and locked into altercation with the locals.At one stage of altercation, locals carried out an attack on Munna with lethal weapons, leaving him critically injured.Later, locals rescued him and sent to Pabna Sadar Hospital where he succumbed his injuries around 9.30pm.Officer-in charge of Sadar Police Station Abdullah Al Hasan confirmed the incident.
