Awami League (AL) presidium member Amir Hossain Amu has been made coordinator and spokesperson of the 14-party alliance.
AL general secretary Obaidul Quader revealed the information in a video massage on Wednesday.
He said, AL president Sheikh Hasina gave the responsibility to Amu as per consent of the leaders of 14-party.
To be noted, the posts fell vacant after AL presidium member Mohammad Nasim died on June 13.
