All 65 lawmakers, who gave samples for COVID-19 test, have shown negative for the virus, a source in the parliament told Jago News.
Of them, samples of 45 were collected on Sunday and the same of 20 on Saturday, the source said, adding that 26 more MPs' samples were collected on Monday which results will come on Tuesday.
Following several ministers and lawmakers tested positive for COVID-19, the parliament has directed its members to give their samples for the virus test.
The step was taken with a view to preventing transmission of the highly contagious disease in the house as the budget session will resume tomorrow which was adjurned till June 23 after June 15 sitting.
