The assistant general manager of Sonali Bank Ltd's Agargaon Branch, Dhaka Md Abdus Sabur has died from coronavirus.
He passed away on the way to hospital around 12:30pm on Thursday, head of the bank's public relations division Zakir Hossain Khan told Jago News.
With this, a total of six officials of the bank died from COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus, and around 150 others caught the deadly virus, Zakir added.
