One more police member has died from coronavirus, taking the countrywide tally of police deaths from the virus to 19.
The deceased is constable Md Alamgir Hossen.
Md Sohel Rana, Assistant Inspector General (Media) of Police Headquarters, confirmed the death to Jago News.
As of Sunday morning, 6,206 police members were infected with coronavirus. Of them, 1,828 are the members of DMP.
