Rebeka Sultana, wife of lawmaker from Rajbari-1 Kazi Keramat Ali, has been infected with coronavirus.
Her daughter Kaniz Fatema Chaity confirmed the matter to Jago News on Saturday afternoon.
Doctor Md Nurul Islam, Civil Surgeon of Rajbari, said Rebeka tested positive for coronavirus on April 14. She is now receiving treatment from Kurmitola General Hospital.
Chaity said her mother is doing well. Her father stands by her mother there.
