The budget session of the 10th parliament begins at 5pm on Wednesday, as the proposed national budget for 2016-2017 fiscal will be placed on Thursday.President Abdul Hamid summoned the parliament session exercising his power bestowed upon him by Article 72 (1) of the Constitution.Finance Minister Abul Maal Abdul Muhith will place the proposed national budget for 2016-17 FY on Thursday.Parliamentary Secretariat sources said all preparations have already been taken ahead of the budget session.
