A Dhaka Court has sentenced six people to death penalty in the incident of bank robbery at Ashulia, the outskirts of the capital, last year.District and Sessions Judge SM Kuddus Zaman gave the verdict on Tuesday morning.The court also sentenced another man to life imprisonment and two others to three years in jail.It is mentionable that, Robbers committed robbery at Kathgoda bazaar branch of Bangladesh Commerce Bank on April 21 last year. Bank official among eight people were killed as robbers shot and stabbed them while they had fled after robbery.
