New programme against Modi's Bangladesh trip

Several Islamist parties and organizations have announced new programme to protest against the Delhi violence against Muslims there, and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Bangladesh trip.

They will hold human chain in capital Dhaka and elsewhere in the country on March 12.

Hefajat-e-Islam Dhaka city Ameer Noor Hossain Kashemi announced the programme in a brief rally after Jummah prayers in front of the Baitul Mukarram National Mosque on Thursday.

The Bangladesh government invited Indian PM Narendi Modi to join celebrations of the birth centenary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman which begins from March 17.

Saying that they won't allow the killer of Muslims in India like Modi anyway in Bangladesh, Kashemi called upon Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina not to host the Indian premier here.
