At least fifty people have been injured when supporters of Awami League clashed with the men of its rebel candidate at Comilla’s Titas upazila.A tense situation was prevailing on the spot.Confirming the matter, Officer-in-charge of Titas Police Station Monirul Islam said, additional police, RAB, BGB personnel were deployed on the spot to control untoward situation.According to source, the supporters of Awami League rebel candidate Mujibul Haq clashed with the men of AL candidate Shamsul Haq when they moved to capture Swarasati Char Government Primary School polling centre at 9am on Saturday.The voting was suspended temporarily after the incident.
