Three passengers of a CNG-run auto-rickshaw lost their lives on road as a truck rammed into the vehicle in thick fog in Tarakanda upazila of Mymensingh on Thursday morning.
Among the deceased, one was identified as Rubel Mia, 23, son of Yunus Ali, a resident of Outdar village in the upazila. He was driver the auto-rickshaw.
Tarakanda Police Station officer in-charge Mizanur Rahman said the fatal road crash took place in Shashar Bazar area in dense fog around 9:00am that left three dead on the spot.
