Additional Secretary of the Civil Aviation and Tourism Ministry Md Mokabbir Hossain has been made the new Managing Director (MD) and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Biman Bangladesh Airlines.
The Public Administration Ministry issued a notification in this regard on Thursday.
Earlier on May 1, the authorities of Biman Bangladesh Airlines relieved AM Mosaddique Ahmed from the posts of MD and CEO a month before the extension of his contract was to end.
