An arrested accused of the killing of Rajshahi University (RU) Professor Rezaul Karim Siddique died of anemia at Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital (RMCH) early Thursday.The accused was Hafizur Rahman, student of the Public Administration department of RU and General Secretary of 19 no ward of Rajshahi Metropolitan.Jail Superintendent of Rajshahi Central Jail Shafiqul Islam confirmed the matter.Earlier, Hafizur Rahman was admitted to RMCH on May 17. The body will be handed over to his family members after autopsy, Shafiqul Islam added.
