A cycle rally and a human chain have been arranged by two cyclist organizations on Saturday in front of National Press Club seeking rapists to be punished in public places.
The Cyclers of Bangladesh and Female Cyclers of Bangladesh formed a human chain after performing a cycle rally in capital over the demand.
Speakers at the human chain said, rape incidents are increasing fearfully. It should bring under capital punishment to get relief from the outrageous epidemic as rape shaped as dangerous now. The rapist should be judged in brought day-light and rapidly to terminate the incidents. This type of judgment will make the rapists fearful and help to be cautioned.
