Haltrip named Thai Airways’ top agent

Online travel agency Haltrip has been named international top agent of Thai Airways. Bangladesh’s Haltrip has been honoured with the position for selling maximum tickets of the airlines for different routes, says a press release.

Bangladesh’s General Manager of Thai Airways Karun Sirarojanakul handed over the honorium crest to Haltrip CEO Tajbir Hossain at a hotel in Dhaka on Thursday.

Thai Airways Bangladesh Head of Sales SM Jahid Hossain, among other senior officials, were present in the program.

Haltrip CEO Tajbir Hossain said: “Within a year after the launch, we have been recognized as the top agent. I hope the success will continue even in future.”

“We are trying to digitalize Bangladesh’s travel service by using the latest technologies. Over 20 travel portals are using our IP to give ticket facilities to their customers.”

He added: “Haltrip is working relentlessly to ensure international quality services to the customers.”

Haltrip started its journey in July 2017. Currently, it is providing ticket and hotel booking facilities with the help of its over 3000 travel partners. Entrepreneurs can register with the online travel agency with the help of trade license and other required documents. After scrutinizing, they will be able to give ticket and hotel booking facilities to the travelers.
