The Dhaka University (DU) has announced their honors first year admission process for 2019-2020 academic session on Wednesday. The applicants will have to pass a written exam of 45 marks besides Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) of 75 marks.
The decisions were final during a meeting held at Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban by a general committee of admission affairs which was led by Vice Chancellor Dr. Mohammad Akhtaruzzaman.
This year, DU is going to start their admission process searching for new students from 5 August. It will receive applications through online which will be started at 4 pm in the day and will be ended at 12 am on 27 August.
The committee finalized that admission test will be held respectively on 20 September (Friday) for Ka-unit, 21 September (Saturday) for Kha-unit, 13 September (Friday) for Ga-unit, 27 September (Friday) for Gha-unit, 14 September (Saturday) for Cha-unit (General Knowledge) and the drawing exam for Cha-unit on 28 September (Saturday).
According to the new admission process, 40 minutes were fixed for a written exam of 45 marks and 50 minutes were fixed for the MCQ of 75 marks.
