West Indies win toss, opt to bowl against Sri Lanka

West Indies won the toss and chose to bowl first against Sri Lanka in the match of ICC World Cup 2019 in Chester-le-Street.

After the toss, West Indies kipper Jason Holder, said: “We’re fielding first. A fresh wicket. It should be responsive first up with the ball. We still got pride to play for, and we need to play a perfect game. Bowlers have done well so far; hopefully they can respond and the batsmen can chase it down. Roach is unwell, and Gabriel will play in his place.”
