The High Court (HC) today issued a rule asking authorities concerned to explain in four weeks as to why it shall not pass order to install fire-fighting system in public and private vehicles.
The High Court division bench comprising Justice FRM Nazmul Ahasan and Justice KM Kamrul Kader passed the order, after holding hearing on a writ petition filed in this regard, reports BSS.
