Bus operators will start selling advance tickets from May 17 ahead of the Eid-ul-Fitr.
The decision was taken at a meeting of Bangladesh Bus Truck Owners Association, Romesh Chandra Ghosh, chairman of the association confirmed Jago News.
Every year, tens of thousands of people leave the capital Dhaka to celebrate the Eid with near and dear ones at their village homes.
