Mild heat wave is sweeping over Rajshahi and Khulna divisions and the regions of Tangail, Dinajpur and Sayedpur and it may continue and spread, said a met office release in Dhaka today.
The met office forecasted that rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at one or two places over Sylhet division and weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country.
Day and night temperature may rise slightly over the country.
Country’s maximum temperature on Monday was recorded by 37.7 degree celsius at Ishurdi while the lower temperature today was recorded by 21.3 degree celsius in Sylhet.
Today’s sunset in the capital will be 6.30pm and tomorrow’s sunrise will be at 5.20am.
