The vice chairman of BNP and former minister Barrister Aminul Haque has passed away.
He breathed his last at the United Hospital in the capital on Sunday at 10 am, said his nephew Barrister Anik R Haque.
He left behind a son and a daughter.
Aminul had been suffering from lever cancer for long.
His first namaz-e-janaza will be held at Supreme Court premises after Zuhr prayer.
Aminul, a former MP from Rajshahi-1, was the Posts and Telecommunications Minister of the BNP-led four-party alliance government.
