PRAN-RFL Group, the leading business conglomerates of the country, on Wednesday donated Tk 5 lakh for the Nepal earthquake victims.Eleash Mridha Director of PRAN handed over the cheque to the Hari Kumar Shrestha, ambassador of Nepal to Bangladesh at the Embassy of Nepal in Dhaka.The money, collected from a charity concert titled `PRAN UP Concert for Nepal`.The premier food products company organized the charity concert at the Kalabagan Playground in Dhaka on May 21 this year to support the victims of Nepal earthquake.HK Shrestha expressed his gratitude to PRAN for its sympathy with Nepalese quake victims.Monirul Islam Category Manager of PRAN beverage Ltd and Nayem Ashraf Managing Director of e-Makers Bangladesh were also present on the occasion.Earlier, PRAN donated three thousand cartons of biscuits and fruit drinks to the Nepal quake victims as part of Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
