A schoolboy was beaten to death allegedly by two of his classmates at Khalpar in Narsingdi town on Tuesday.The deceased was identified as Parvez Miah, 12, son of Sattar Miah of Bilasdi. He was a student of class VII of Narsingdi Ideal High School.Two of their classmates- Ariful Islam and Ruman Miah–took Parvez and Nurul to Khalpar and hit the duo with a cricket bat indiscriminately over previous enmity, leaving them seriously injured.On information, some teachers of the school rushed in the spot and took them to Narsingdi General Hospital.Later doctors referred them to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).Parvez died to his injuries on the way to the DMCH.A case was filed with Narsingdi police station in this connection.
