There is no scope for re-election to Dhaka University Central Students’ Union (DUCSU), DU Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Administration) Professor Dr Abdus Samad said today.
He said this on Tuesday noon while talking to the journalists at his office in DU.
Prof Samad said media is witness. The country’s people saw the elections through the media. Some irregularities were done at a hall and we took step immediately.
“A five-member committee led by me was formed after recovering a sack of sealed ballot paper from Kuwait-Maitree hall. I went to the spot yesterday and held a meeting with the committee members today,” he added.
