A Dhaka court has sentenced a police sergeant to seven years in jail in a corruption case filed by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).
Judge Syed Kamal Hossain of Dhaka Divisional Special Judge's Court passed the order on Tuesday.
The ACC filed the case against police sergeant Md Azahar Ali on charge of amassing wealth illegally.
