The preliminary examination of 40th BCS is supposed to be held on May 3, according to the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) sources.
In this regard, Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) has sent letters signed by its examinations controller (cadre) A E M Nesar Uddin to the head of the educational institutions across the country.
The two-hour long test is supposed to be held from 10am to 12pm on May 3, according to the BPSC letter.
The Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) test is likely to be held simultaneously in centres in Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Barisal, Khulna, Sylhet, Rangpur and Mymensingh divisions, the letter read.
Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) had published the circular for 40th BCS on September 11 last year.
