Mirza Fakhrul Islam gets bail

A court in Dhaka on Monday morning granted bail to BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir in a violence filed with Paltan Police Station over crude bomb explosion in front of BNP’s Naya Paltan office in the city.Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Mohammad Nur Nabi passed the order responding to a bail petition filed by the BNP leader as he surrendered before the court.The High Court granted his bail until the submission of charge sheet in the case on 18 June 2015.On May 3, police submitted two charge sheets against Mirza Fakhrul and 42 others in the case.On December 29, 2014, the case was filed with Paltan Police Station on charges of creating violence in front of BNP Naya paltan office by exploding crude bombs.
