Biman hijacker Polash Ahmed, who was killed in a commando operation at Shah Amanat International Airport in Chattogram, has been buried this morning.
Earlier, Polash’s father Pear Jahan Sarder identified his son’s body at the morgue of Chattogram Medical College and Hospital around 2:30 am on Tuesday. He received the body around 3 am and returned to his home town Narayanganj around 6 am.
Later, Polash was buried at his family graveyard at Dudhghata village in Sonargaon upazila of Narayanganj around 9:30 am.
On Sunday night, Polash Ahmed was killed in a commando operation after he made an abortive attempt to hijack a Dubai-bound flight via Chattogram of Biman airlines at Shah Amanat International Airport in Chattogram
