One people have been killed in a clash between two member aspirants of ongoing fourth phase union parishad election.The incident took place at Madhobpur Union of Brahmmanpara in Comilla at 10pm on Saturday. The dead man was identified as Tapos Chandra Das, 38, son of Kanu Chandra Das of village Chandla.According to police, an attack and counter attack was ensued among the supporters of member candidate Sultan and his rival Rezaul. At that time Tapos was killed by the supporters of Rezaul. Officer-in-charge of Brahmmanpara Police Station S M Badiuzzaman confirmed the matter.
