Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal has said the death penalty of Jamaat Islami ameer Motiur Rahman Nizami will be executed after maintaining all procedure.
He made the statement while talking to the journalists after finishing a discussion meeting at National Press Club on Friday.
Earlier on Thursday, the four-member Appellate Division bench headed by Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha upheld death sentence for Motiur Rahman Nizami for crimes against humanity during the country’s 1971WarofIndependence.
