Jatiya Party chairman Hussain Muhammad Ershad is in good health now, claimed Faisal Chisty, a presidium member of Jatiya Party.
He came up with the remarks while talking to journalists after submitting his nomination paper at the divisional commissioner office in the capital’s Segunbagicha on Wednesday.
“Our Chairman HM Ershad is now fine and healthy. He has been at Combined Military Hospital (CMH) for a regular health check-up,” he said.
Replying to a question, he said their Chairman has long been receiving treatment in Singapore but now he is not going there.
On Tuesday, the former president of Bangladesh and also the president of Jatiya Party Hussain Muhammad Ershad was admitted to Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Dhaka.
