Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) began selling its nomination papers to aspirants on Monday to vie in the 11th parliamentary election.
BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir bought a nomination form for the party’s chairperson Khaleda Zia for Feni-1 constituency.
Standing Committee Member Nazrul Islam Khan collected a form for the party’s chairperson for Bagura-6 constituency and Mirza Abbas collected another form for her for Bagura-7.
Mirza Fakhrul also bought a nomination form for himself for Thakurgaon-1 constituency.
Aspirants will have to submit the papers at the Nayapaltan office on November 13 and 14 between 10am and 4pm.
Aspirants will have to pay Taka 5,000 each for collecting a nomination paper and they have to pay Taka 25,000 each as deposit money at the time of submission.
