Bangladesh under-15 male football team have overcome India in the tie-breaker and booked a place in the final match of the SAFF under- 15 football championship, which is scheduled to be held on November 3.
The match finished 1-1 in the stipulated time at All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) complex ground in Kathmandu, Nepal on Thursday.
Later, confident Bangladesh earned the victory in a penalty shootout 4-2.
Bangladesh goalie Mehdi Hasan blocked two spot kicks.
Earlier, the boys in red and green stormed into the semi-final crushing the Maldives by 9-0 goals in their opening group A match and emerged group top with a 2-1 goal victory over host Nepal.
