A fire that broke out on the tenth floor of 19-storey Silver Tower in the capital’s Gulshan-1 this afternoon has been brought under control.
The reason behind the fire could not be known immediately.
Ataur Rahman, Duty officer of Fire service and civil defence department, confirmed the matter to Jago News.
He said: “Ten fire fighters units send to the spot immediately and they bring the fire control within 30 minutes.”
The 19-storey Silver Tower is located in the city's Gulshan area.
