Four Bangladeshis were killed in a fire at a shop in Brits city under North West province of South Africa on Friday.
The deceased are Anwar, his brother Mosarrof, maternal uncle Momin hailing from Daganbhuiyan of Feni and Ibarahim from Jamalpur.
Confirming the news, a local trader Badsha said that the fire broke out at their shop around 2am while they were inside the shop. They couldn’t get out of the shop.
On information, members of Fire Service Department came to the spot and doused the fire, he added.
The reason behind the fire could not be ascertained immediately.
