A court released BNP standing committee member MK Anowar, joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi including 31 BNP leaders and activists from a sabotage case on Tuesday. Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Aminul Haque exempted the BNP men after taking the charge-sheet in cognizance at noon on Tuesday. Other released members are- BNP Chairperson`s adviser Abdul Awal Mintu, BNP joint secretary general Aman Ullah Aman, Borkot Ullah Bulu, Mizanur Rahman Minu, general secretary of Swecchasebok Dol Mir Sarfot Ali Sofu and Chatrodol leader late Jony including 23 more people. Earlier on May 19, their lawyers plead for exemptions from cases because of not getting the evidence to prove their those against MK Anowar including 31 more people.
