Former BNP minister Barrister Nazmul Huda has filed a corruption case against ex-chief justice Surendra Kumar Sinha.
Huda, who is now chairman of the Bangladesh Nationalist Alliance (BNA), filed the case with Shahabag Police Station on Saturday.
Zafar Ali Biswas, inspector of Shahabag Police Station, confirmed the matter to the Jago News on Monday.
The case was transferred to the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) as it was congruous with relevant laws and investigation procedure of ACC.
