Bangladesh set 174-run target for India

Bangladesh set a target of 174 runs for India in the opening super four match of the ACC Asia Cup at Dubai International Cricket Stadium in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Friday.

Tigers managed to score 173 runs losing all wickets in 49.1 overs.

India’s Ravindra Jadeja took four wickets to put Bangladesh on the brink of another batting debacle against India in the Asia Cup.

Earlier, Indian skipper Rohit Sharma won the toss and asked Bangladesh to bat first in match.

India defeated Hong Kong and Pakistan in its Group A matches while Bangladesh brushed aside Sri Lanka by 137 runs in the opener of the tournament.

Bangladesh brought back Mushfiqur Rahim and Mustafizur Rahman in place of Mominul Haque and Abu Hider.

India brought in Ravindra Jadeja for the injured allrounder Hardik Pandya, ruled out of the tournament with a back injury.
