A teacher of Rajshahi University (RU) was slaughtered by the miscreants at 8am on Saturday.RU proctor Mojibul Haque Azad Khan ensured this matter. He said the incident took place at Shalbagan area in Rajshahi. The dead teacher is A S M Rezaul Karim Seddiki, professor of Engilish department of the university.Witnesses said two youths riding by motorcycle chopped and then slaughtered Rezaul Karim to death while he was waiting for university bus on the road of Shalbagan area. Later the teacher was died on the spot.In this connection officer-in-charge of Boalia Model Thana Shahadat Hosen told Jagonews24.com that, hearing the news he rushed to spot with force and recovered the throat slit body of the teacher.
