A Yash Raj project, the film will be produced by Maneesh Sharma and directed by debutant Akshay Roy.The movie also stars Ayushmann Khuranna. Meri Pyaari Bindu will mark Parineeti’s singing debut as well. The actor, who made her Bollywood debut with Maneesh’s directorial venture Ladies vs Ricky Bahl, was last seen in YRFs Kill Dil (2014).
