A football-crazy Bangladeshi man named Joynal Abedin Tutul has painted Brazilian flag on the wall of his five-storey building to support the national football team of Brazil.
People named the house in Narayanganj as ‘Brazil Bari’ which came to the attention of thousands people across the country through Facebook ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2018 which is set to start from June 16.
In 2010, Tutul painted Brazil flag on the wall of his two-storey building to extend support the Brazil team.
He didn’t change the paint on the wall of his building despite its ongoing construction work in 2014.
In the meantime, he completed the construction of his five-storey building and painted Brazil flag on the whole part of wall of the building to extend support his favorite football team ahead the FIFA World Cup.
Owner of the house Tutul told Jago News that it makes me happy to see that the house came to the attention of football fans. Officials of Brazilian embassy including its Ambassador supposed to visit the house on June 22 in Fatulla.
Now, the house is being known as ‘Brazil Bari’. I couldn’t think about it that the matter will be discussed at this level. Earlier, many told me mad for this, but now they are too are encouraging me, he said.
However, he said some programmes will be held during Brazil’s match of FIFA world cup in his house.
Every day, the number of visitors to the house are increasing. CCTV Camera have been installed to beef up the security of the house, he added.
