The protesting jobseekers for reforms in quota system in government job recruitments today postponed their examination boycott programme considering the holy Ramadan and session jam at educational institutions.
"We are postponing our examination boycott programme considering the session jam and the holy month of Ramadan," Quota movement spokesman Hasan Al Mamun told a press conference in front of the Dhaka University Central Library, reports BSS.
But, he said, they would continue class boycott programme until the government issues circular on quota system.
On May 14, the protesters announced the class and examination boycott programme after putting off their street blockade programme at Shahbagh.
