SSC results today

Results of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations under the 10 Education Boards will be published across the country on Sunday.

Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid will announce the results at 1pm at a press briefing in the conference room of his ministry, the Education Ministry sources said, reports BSS.

Results will be available on the websites of the respective Education Boards and Educational Institutions while examinees will get the results through SMS.

This year, a total of 20,31,889 students, including 10,23,212 boys and 10,08,687 girls, appeared in the examinations.

In 2017, a total of 17,86,613 students - 9,10,501 boys and 8,76,112 girls - took part in the examinations.

The Education Ministry sources said 16,27,378 students appeared in the SSC examination under the eight general education boards this year while 2,89,752 in Dakhil examination under Madrasah Education Board and 1,14,769 in vocational examination under Bangladesh Technical Education Board.
